EATING ADVICE

There’s alot of advice going around about eating, and nutrition. Not all of it is helpful, and following some advice can do more harm than good to your eating in the long haul.   

Here are 5 pieces of advice about eating:                                                                                                                              

  1.  EAT.  Don’t try to NOT EAT.   This is the one and only starting place for eating that is relaxed and comfortable, and favors your weight controlling itself.    Eating meals supports your biology, emotions, and nutrition more than any diet or eating regimen.  Use the foods you’re comfortable with, your familiar foods, and make them into what resembles a meal, two or three times a day. 

  2.  EAT MEALS.

3. Make your meals GOOD.

 4. Watch and learn PATTERNS  in your eating.

5.  If you can’t do any of the above,  getting unstuck emotionally is the starting place.  The Eating Guru help puts the eating in the context of your life.
